returns will be accepted
without a R/A Number!

= Return Authorization Number)
An R/A
Number may be obtained by calling 1-800-255-8086 or by e-mailing us.

Any
merchandise received
without an R/A number will not be accepted and the the sender will have
to pay all freight charges (to & from).
We offer
two types of returns when accompanied by an R/A Number:
(1) Replacement
of defective Merchandise
or
(2) Refunds
(No refunds after 21 days of date posted on sales receipt.)
Universal
seat cover
Returns/Refunds may be made provided the customer pay all the shipping
charges and the covers are resellable and not damaged, worn or soiled
in
any way. You, the customer are responsible for shipping costs of
all returns. All Universal seat cover returns must be made before 21
days
after date posted on sales receipt.
Custom
or Semi-custom seat covers items may only be returned under our
warranty
policy for replacement due to defective merchandise and not for any
refund. In those cases, replacement shall be for same fabric and
color
as the original seat cover order. Since fabric and color samples are
made
available to the customer (see below), no replacement will be made for
reasons of color or fabric taste. Since Semi-custom and full Custom
seat
covers are hand crafted to fit seats of a specific model vehicle, no
refunds,
of any type, will be accepted on Custom or Semi-custom seat covers. We
simply cannot re-sell them. They are made specially for your vehicle.
Fabric
and Color Samples - We recognize that photos posted on our web site
may not properly reflect the exact color or subtleties of colors of a
fabric
we offer. For this reason our factory handles fabric samples directly.
Fabric samples are made available to customer for the purpose of
seeing,
feeling and selecting a material or the choosing a fabric and color
according
to taste PRIOR to placing an order.
You may
order fabric samples by calling us at 1-800-255-8086. (480-832-5050 in
Arizona) When ordering fabric samples, a handling charge of $10.00 US
will
be applied to your credit card at the time samples are sent out. When
you
decide on a fabric and color and place a seat cover order with us, a
$10.00
US credit will be applied to your seat cover purchase. We discourage
sending
Credit Card info by e-mail for security reasons. Please call
